Sorry, this is a 1 ton trk. hats before landing wheel are in a kind of cone, you can not reach with a pair plires. You can rotate the cube and it is (apparently a drain hole) in the cone area at the headquarters of the CAP?

the only thing I can think of is his outlet and can be both a crew of fat in it, other wise I do not know what to say, I was a camper the other day working on it, and the Model 95, but on a Chevy chassis built and has a wart on the tip of the cone in it, so you can grease the wheel bearings that everything I know, it could result in, good luck hope this helps.
