Windows recognizes cd/dvd drive but no cd/dvd writing software does!!!? - toshiba dvd recorder with hard drive

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro A210 Windows XP

I was burning with a CD / DVD with this attractive laptop, but I had a hard crash of Nero, I installed, but it doesnot Image CD / DVD burner, only the speed of the disc, and Nero InfoTool Nero say also that I do not CD / DVD, DVD and Santa Burnon CD / DVD also say that I have no CD / DVD ..

However, when I get my computer to my CD / CDC, which also shows in the Device Manager, ...

Why do that on the CD / DVD software?
